These terms govern participation in the N-Marketing Agency Partner Program. By becoming a partner you agree to them in full. We may update them from time to time; continued participation means you accept the changes.
Partners earn a 10% commission on each eligible, fully completed sale made by a customer they referred through their unique referral link or code.
A sale is eligible only when payment is confirmed and the referral was correctly attributed to your account (first-touch). Setup fees, taxes, refunded amounts, and non-standard discounts may be excluded from the commissionable value.
Each commission is frozen for 30 days from the sale date. After that window (our refund period) it is approved and becomes available for payout.
You may not refer yourself. Purchases made by the partner, using the partner's own account, or by any account under the partner's control do not qualify for commission and will be revoked automatically.
You may not bid on N-Marketing Agency brand terms (or close variants) in paid advertising, register look-alike or confusingly similar domain names, impersonate the company or its staff, or misuse the logo, name, or brand assets.
Use only the official assets provided in the partner resources, and only in the ways described in the brand usage guidelines.
The following are strictly prohibited and result in termination: unsolicited bulk messaging (email or SMS), fake or bot traffic, click fraud, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts, and any attempt to manufacture referrals or clicks you did not genuinely generate.
You may not make false or misleading claims about our services, pricing, results, or guarantees. Represent the product honestly. Any incentivized referrals must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
If a referred sale is refunded or cancelled before the related commission has been approved, that commission is revoked. Commissions already paid out are not clawed back unless the sale is found to be fraudulent.
You can request a payout once your approved balance reaches €250. Payouts are made by bank transfer or PayPal to the details you provide, and are reviewed and processed manually. You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions you earn.
We may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time for fraud, abuse, spam, brand violations, or breach of these terms. On termination, unpaid commissions tied to violations are forfeited. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud.
