Sommaire

01Data Controller

N-Marketing Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by an individual enterprise (întreprindere individuală) registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1025600071545, which is the data controller for personal data relating to our clients, prospects, and website visitors.

You can reach us on any data-protection matter at contact@n-marketing.agency. We have not appointed a statutory Data Protection Officer, but requests sent to that address are handled by the person responsible for data protection.

Important role note: for personal data belonging to the people your AI Call Agent contacts or that appears in your call recordings, you (the Client) are the data controller and we act as your data processor. See “Call data” below.

02Data We Collect

Account data

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
  • Login credentials.

Onboarding & service data

  • Information you provide to configure a Service, such as your business, industry, use case, agent scripts, and preferences.
  • Content and materials you upload for websites, ads, or campaigns.

Call data (AI Call Agents)

  • Call metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration, outcome) and, where enabled, call recordings and transcripts generated by the Agent.

Payment data

  • Billing details and transaction records. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Technical data

  • IP address, and device and browser information.

03How We Use Data

  • To provide, configure, and operate the Services you request.
  • To process payments, send invoices, and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support.
  • To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug and improve our Services.
  • To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

05Call Data & AI Processing

When you use an AI Call Agent, calls may be recorded and transcribed and are processed by third-party voice technology to operate the Agent. This section explains how that data is handled.

  • Roles: you are the controller of the personal data of the people your Agent contacts; we are your processor and act on your instructions.
  • Access: call data is accessible to you in your account and to a limited number of our authorized staff for support and troubleshooting, and it is processed by third-party technology providers to deliver the Service.
  • Retention: recordings and transcripts are kept until deleted on request, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Your responsibility: you must inform callers as required by law, obtain any necessary consent to record or process calls, and comply with local telephony and recording rules. We provide the tools; lawful use is your responsibility (see our Terms).

06Sub-processors

We use carefully selected third parties to help deliver the Services. We use providers that offer appropriate data-protection commitments.

  • Hosting & database
  • AI voice technology
  • Telephony
  • Email delivery
  • Payment processing
  • Optional third-party sign-in

Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. A list of sub-processors is available to Clients on request.

07Data Retention

  • Account data — for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months), unless a longer period is required.
  • Billing and invoice records — at least 6 years, or longer where required by law.
  • Call recordings and transcripts — until deleted on request, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Support communications — for as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period thereafter.
  • Marketing consent records — until you withdraw consent, plus a short period to evidence compliance.

08Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention duties.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

How to exercise your rights

You can update your account and business details from your account settings. For access, erasure, portability, or any other request, email contact@n-marketing.agency and we will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within one month). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority of any breach as required by law.

10Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage needed to run the website and application: to keep you signed in and secure your session, to remember your language and time zone, and to keep your progress in forms such as the onboarding.

If you arrive through a partner's referral link or enter a referral code, we store a cookie for 30 days that identifies the referring partner, so that the referral and any referral discount can be applied.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The video on our home page is loaded from a third-party video platform as you scroll toward it, and the checkout is provided by our payment provider; each may store information on your device under its own policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent the application from working.

11Children's Data

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Please review it periodically.

13Contact & Supervisory Authority

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@n-marketing.agency.

If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, where the GDPR applies, the supervisory authority in your country.
